International cooperation - COST action CA15107 - Multi-Functional Nano-Carbon Composite Materials Network (MultiComp)

MultiComp is a COST campaign designed to bring together theorists, experimenters and industrialists in the field of nano-carbon materials technology.

Our faculty successfully applied for the ARRS (Slovenian Research Agency) public tender named "Sofinanciranje znanstvenoraziskovalnega sodelovanja med Republiko Slovenijo ter Bosno in Hercegovino v letih 2019 – 2020 (Co-financing scientific and research cooperation between the Republic of Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the years 2019-2020)". 

The PolyFlip project (Development of a flipped classroom approach for (polymer) engineering study programs with the use of innovative ICT tools) is one of the Erasmus + projects, key action 2 (KA2) - "Project cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices".

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in huge amounts of waste from single-use medical devices, including rapid tests that work based on nanogold. Large quantities of these tests are discarded and incinerated.

International cooperation – COST Action CA20133 - Cross-border transfer and development of sustainable resource recovery strategies towards zero waste

International cooperation - COST action CA 18220 - European Network of FURan based chemicals and materials FOR Sustainable development (FUR4Sustain). (European Network for Furan-Based Chemicals and Materials, for Sustainable Development).

The PolyRegion Project pursues the goal of developing the existing significant potential in the field of polymers and polymer processing technology in the regions of Slovenia (Koroska, Savinjska) and Austria (Styria, Carinthia).

Strategic direction of the programme is to exploit the potential of biomass for development of advanced materials and bio-based products, by creating new value chains for cascading utilisation of biomass.

The infrastructure program, granted by the Slovenian Research Agency (Javna agencija za raziskovalno dejavnost Republike Slovenije), provides valuable support to projects and programs of research organisations, companies and individuals in both Slovenia and beyond.

The Polymetal project is one of  the approved projects in the frame of the »Cooperation Programme Interreg V-A Slovenia-Austria«. 

The Start Circles project is also one of  the approved projects in the frame of the »Cooperation Programme Interreg V-A Slovenia-Austria«.

The CoSiMa project is a project co-funded by the Republic of Slovenia - Ministry of Education, Science and Sport - and the European Union – European Regional Development Fund.

The project PolyRegion - Pro.Act was launched as an add-on project to the PolyRegion activities. The new project concentrates on R&D and educational tasks and will strengthen the competitiveness and international visibility of PolyRegion.
