1. International Conference "Nano4Circularity"

The 1. International Conference "Nano4Circularity - Opportunities in the circular economy” was held under the auspices of the “Institute for Environmental Protection and Sensors” and the “Stajerska Gospodarska Zbornica (Styrian Chamber of Commerce)” at Hotel Maribor in Maribor.

Scientists and students from Slovenia and abroad participated in this event and used the chance to exchange ideas in the fields of circular economy and environmental protection with particular emphasis on nanotechnology.

From our faculty doc. Dr. Thomas Wilhelm and Dr. Gregor Kraft attended the conference. Dr. Wilhelm held the opening lecture with the title “Plastics and the environment – facts, challenges and strategy”.
